Elam Stoltzfoos - Owner
Hi there! I have lived in Lancaster County Pennsylvania all my life. I attribute my strong work ethic to growing up on a dairy farm! At a young age, I was helping to milk the cows, working in the fields, etc.
I am the founder of Level Edge Construction. The business was founded in 2014.
Before owning Level Edge Construction, I was in the construction industry for 15 years building beautiful buildings for 8 of those years, I was a crew leader, and I gained valuable knowledge and experience that I can still put to use today. I also spent 3 years in a partnership. We built Post Frame Buildings and Commercial Buildings. I gained valuable knowledge and insight into business operations during this time.
I am married to my lovely wife Marian. We have 7 children, 2 boys and 5 girls ranging in age from 16 to 2 years old.
In my spare time, you’ll find me mostly working. I do enjoy hunting and playing softball with my kids, spending time with my family, and traveling.
I desire to have a positive impact on customers, and everyone else I deal with.

I started with Level Edge Construction in April 2023. Before this role, I held the role of VP of operations/sales for a local distribution company and also owned my own home services business.
I currently reside in Lancaster with my wife Lindsey, and two children.
When not at work I enjoy spending time with family and friends, coaching youth sports, cooking/grilling, working in the yard, and cheering on Philly sports.
I thrive on connecting with all people and building relationships. My years of combined sales, operations, and management experience have allowed me to understand and view business practices from many angles.
